Data Deletion Agreement

1. Introduction

This Data Deletion Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the process and terms under which Pairfect will process requests for the deletion of personal data provided by users of the Pairfect platform (“User,” “You,” or “Your”). By submitting a data deletion request, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

Pairfect is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal information. If you wish to delete your account and personal data, please read this Agreement to understand the process and conditions that apply to your request.

2. Right to Request Data Deletion

As a user of Pairfect, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This includes any information that we collect, store, and process to provide our services to you.

Once your data is deleted, it will no longer be available for recovery, and you will lose access to your account and any associated content.

3. Scope of Data Deletion

Upon receiving a valid request for data deletion, Pairfect will delete the following:

• Account Information: Your user account, including your profile data, settings, and preferences.
• Personal Data: All personally identifiable information we have collected, including name, email address, phone number, and other information provided during account creation.
• Content Data: Any content you have posted or shared on Pairfect, such as messages, photos, or other media.
• Usage Data: Any logs or usage data associated with your account that we have stored to improve the platform and your experience.

However, we may retain certain information if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. This includes basic logs or transactional data required for legal compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

4. Data Deletion Process

To initiate a data deletion request, please follow the steps below:

1. Submit a Request: You must submit a data deletion request through our support email at admin@pairfectapp.com or via your account settings, if available.
2. Verification: Upon receiving your request, Pairfect will verify your identity to ensure that the request is legitimate and that you are the rightful account holder. This may involve confirming your email address or other account details.
3. Data Deletion: Once your identity is verified, Pairfect will proceed with deleting your personal data. Please note that the deletion process may take up to [insert time period, e.g., 30 days], depending on the complexity and volume of your data.

6. Consequences of Data Deletion

Once your data is deleted, the following consequences may apply:

• Loss of Access: You will no longer have access to your Pairfect account, and any data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
• Content Deletion: Any content you have posted or shared (e.g., messages, media) will be permanently removed from Pairfect, and you will not be able to retrieve it.
• Irreversible Action: The deletion of your personal data is irreversible. Once deleted, your account and personal data cannot be recovered.
• Account Re-registration: After data deletion, you may be able to create a new account using the same email address or other identifying information, but your previous account history will not be recoverable.

7. Data Deletion Requests for Minors

If you are the parent or guardian of a minor and wish to request the deletion of their personal data, please contact us directly at admin@pairfectapp.com with proof of your parental or guardianship status and the minor's account details. We will process the request in accordance with applicable laws regarding data protection for minors.
